Oct. 23rd Belly Dancing & Check Up

Corby's favorite time to get his move on is when I'm sitting on the couch at the end of the night, after kids are down watching TV. It's one thing to feel the baby moving its another to actually see it! Just this last week I started being able to see him move and it seriously makes me giggle, even snort a little, lol! Knowing this is my last pregnancy and realizing I had never gotten a video of it before, I pulled out the phone and started to video it and boy did Corby put on a show, just watch...

I had my 29wk check up today with my regular doctor and I had another check up with the specialist. This is the first time in all three pregnancies that I have not gained a pound not even an ounce at a visit, guess that's what two tummy bugs in a one will do for you! So that was exciting, still holding on to 35ish pounds! I haven't mentioned this before but I have developed the most nasty disgusting varicose vein for the first time ever, it started out just an ugly vein on the outside of my left leg and then turned into a bulging zig zag nasty thing starting now at my crotch area going all the way to my knee. Last visit I just asked my doctor about it but this time just to help me feel more at ease (if that's possible) I showed her. Luckily yet sadly its normal! So to fix it I've been having to wear maternity compression tights for the last 2wks at work and anytime that I'm on my feet a long time, they are by far the sexist things ever, NOT! If it wasn't for my pride I'd take a picture of it and my vein but I'll just let you use your imaginations! The tights seem to help me the ease the pain and discomfort of the vein but man they themselves are the tightest most comfortable thing ever! Praying it will go away afterwards but if not I've already warned Ryan surgery or whatever they do to veins WILL MOST DEFINITELY be a must if he ever wants to wear shorts again or be seen in a swim suit, lol! Corby is all worth it though!

Right after my check up, I headed over to see the specialist and once again I got a great report! Corby is measuring right on track, fluids are good and all things that I was high risk for seem to be just fine God is GOOD ALL THE TIME! Oct. 20th State Fair of Texas

For the past several years we have started going to the fair with Ryan's parents and cousins. Usually the entire gang is not able to come but this year all of us made, even Ryan came :)!

We definitely know how to pick the most crowded days. We usually go during the OU game but this year I was out of town so we decided to wait until the last day of the fair and man was it crowded, despite that the kids had a great time!

Oct. 18th 28wks

Today marks 28wks, Corby is about the size of an eggplant and I'm offically 7months and in my 3rd trimester, CRAZY!!!

Yes, those are stickers all over Charley's leg, lol!

Oct. 16th Another Spelling Test

Brady's 2nd Spelling test and another 100! Way to go Brady Booze! Love that he tried to do block letters, hehe!

Oct. 15th This Is How we Roll in the Rain

Being mama sometimes means being creative and today was one of those days! When Charley and I went in to do our shopping I had no idea it was going to rain (probably should have checked weather I know but I didn't) but when we got done it was pouring! So what does a mom do? Find a Walmart bag and put it on your head to at least keep your heard dry, then you ask the Walmart welcoming person to watch your basket while you pick up your 3 yr old, 7months prego mind you, run to your car as fast as you can and drive up to the front to put your grocies in, this is excitement in the life of a part time stay at home mom! Btw, Char Char thought this was so funny!

Oct. 13th Baby Hayden

Friday was one of those days I wanted to be in two places at once. I obviously wanted to be with Kim it being Julia Grace's bday on Thurs but I found out about two weeks that another of my BFF's Kara was going to be induced on Friday so I wanted to be with her too! It killed me to not be at the hopital while Hayden was born but I knew Kara would understand. I made a trip to see her before we left town and went to meet Hayden as soon as I got back! He is absolutely precious and holding him got me even more excited (if that's possible) to hold my lil man!

Oct. 11th 27wks & Abilene Visit

Today I am 27wks supposed to be the size of a rutabaga but I decided a junior football would be way more fun!

One of my best friends Kim's daughter Julia Grace's birthday was yesterday, she would have been 2yrs old. She is in heaven celebrating with Jesus today, but we wanted to be able to celebrate with Kim and spend the weekend with her and her precious family!

At 20wks Kim found out that her baby girl had trisomy 18 and her chances of making it to term were questionable, but they knew if she was to make it to term that her little life here on earth would be very short. I was not only able to walk along Kim and her husband Aaron during this journey but be there when she was born. I was even honored enough to get to hold her. Julia Grace was here for only about 1 1/2 but her life as touched so many people. I have been touched and blessed as well by Julia Grace and her unbelievably strong faithful parents! Kim is seriously the strongest woman I know! I am truly amazed by the faith that she showed throughout her pregnancy and continues to show on a daily basis. I admire her so much and and am so thankful for our friendship! ! can't imagine my life without her, she is truly a gift from God to me!

FYI, Kim actually takes more pictures than me, I know its hard to believe but its true. She has an amazing camera too. Here are some pics of the kids just playing b/c she just couldn't help herself!
