Nov. 28th Happy Thanksgiving!

Every year since I was pregnant with Brady I've participated in the Dallas Turkey Trot. Each year I am accompanied by my parents or sisters, even got Ryan to go last year, but this year, I had no takers! I actually almost talked myself out of it, being almost 9months prego, having issues with my legs, and being by myself with two kids didn't sound like a lot of fun too me, but I am a tradition girl, so I put on my big girl panties (for real) buddled the kids and I up and went!

The kids were great, it wasn't too cold, and we found a great short cut, so we didn't have to walk the entire thing. It took some explaning on my part to Brady how the taking a short cut wasn't cheating, lol!

If it weren't for me being a tradition girl, these picture wouldn't get posted, not the most flatteringly, with my tummy cut in 1/2 b/c of my compression tights, lol! But we always take a picture at my folks house when we get done!

Nov. 26th & 27th Getting Organized, Movies, 34wks

Now that Corby's dresser is done, I decided it was time to get his clothes put up! So today I got his closest cleaned out, clothes hung, and put away in dresser!

In keeping with the Thanksgiving spirit, I decided to make up my own comparison this week, so a small turkey it was! I love when the kids pose themselves, too cute!

 

 Frozen came out today, so we decided to take the kids, seriously one of the best Disney movies, up there with Little Mermaid on my list!

Nov. 24th Dresser Redo

Ryan got back from his fun weekend so I put him to work entertaining kids so I could paint Corby's dresser. I inherited my Dot Dot's and Popi Al's (my dad's parents) bedroom suit after they passed. I painted it once before in our very first house and its been in both that house and our last house in our guest bedroom with my super cute animal print bedding Ryan got me for Christmas one year! Once we found out we were pregnant with Charley we traded the bed with my parents for their bunk beds for Brady and and the dresser as been in the attic until now. I was going to use both the dresser and changing table we have in Corby's room but after talking with some friends and Ryan we decided just to use dresser as both!

I decided to go with gray b/c I thought he would be more likely be able to use in once we do his big boy room! I like it turned out pretty cute!

 This is the mirror frame that went on the back of dresser, I plan to paint and use it on the wall as a frame around a collage of pics!

 I couldn't find any knobs the right size, so I brought in Ryan and the kids to help me screw new holes and screw the knobs in!

After-

ordered some cute bins to go on either side of the changing pad to hold diapers and what not!

Nov. 23rd Thanksgiving with M&M

Ryan's grandparents, Mick and Mother, live in Paris, TX, so today we headed to their house to celebrate an early Thanksgiving with them!

Nov. 22nd 33wks, Errands, Private Planes, & New Gymnastic's Class

Today marks 33wks.  Surprisingly doing these weekly posts I think as made this pregnancy fly by!
On a side note I've never thought my kids have ever looked more alike then in this picture, check out their smiles, love them!
 

I got to see my baby boy again yesterday, got a great picture of his ball and penis too, lol, but decided not to post! He's doing great!

Charley and I had to run some errands first stop daddy's office, she always goes straight to his desk to sit and play with his calculator!

Had to run by Joanne's too, to get some stuffing for Brady's bedding, she thought she it was pretty fun to hide in the basket behide them! Cute girl!

Ryan was invited to go to the LSU vs A&M game with a buddy of his in their company's private plane, they made a weekend of it, he said he could get used to this life, lol!

Charley got moved up to a new class, and is getting to do some new stuff, she loved swinging on the rope!
